Kelvin has a Business Degree from University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has a lot of experience working in marketing related role in MNCs prior to joining the real estate industry. Kelvin is an experience real estate salesperson dealing with residential, commercial and industrial properties. He was a consistent Top Producer while with a big agency prior to joining AAM. He is the Key Executive Officer of AAM. In addition to marketing and investing in property, Kelvin has a passion for guiding and mentoring new Salespersons under his charge so that they can achieve their full potential.

Lay Ping is a founder and joint-owner of AAM Realty International Pte Ltd. She passed the Real Estate Agency Examination in Sept 2025. It is a CEA Key Executive Officer eligibility criteria and valid for two years. As such, she is now the KEO and registered Salesperson of MNMC Solutions Pte Ltd. All her estate agency work will be under MNMC. AAM and MNMC will collaborate on marketing of selected projects in Singapore.

Lay Ping has a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) Degree (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. She has a passion for real estate investment and management. She helps in managing her family’s property investment and has accumulated a lot of experience dealing with local and overseas, especially Australian, properties. Lay Ping believes in doing the right thing, enjoys sharing her experiences and helping clients create wealth through real estate investment.
